Kelsey Grammer Divorce: How His Marriage to Camille Broke Down

With the premiere of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Thursday, attention is focused on  Kelsey Grammer’s divorce from cast member Camille Donatacci.  The couple were married for 13 years and they have two children together, daughter Mason, 8, and son Jude, 5.

Here’s a rundown of how their marriage broke down:

On April 15, 2010, Kelsey Grammer shines in “La Cage Aux Folles”.  Back in Beverly Hills, Camille says it’s a great opportunity for Kelsey.

On July 1st, Camille files for divorce.  She is seeking joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their children.  Camille cites “irreconcilable differences” and is seeking spousal and child support.

On July 2, it’s the ‘last straw’ in the Grammer marriage when Kelsey fails to call home for Father’s Day.  One source said, “She doesn’t know what Kelsey is doing in New York, but he’s made it pretty clear he wants nothing to do with marriage anymore,” adding, “She didn’t see it coming.”

July 14, reports reveal that Kelsey had no pre-nup!

On August 12, just weeks after filing his divorce papers, Kelsey was spotted holding hands with his new British girlfriend, Kate Walsh, in New York.  Kelsey’s rep confirmed the couple are dating and “happy together.” The same day, another report confirms Kayte  is pregnant.

On August 13, reports said Kelsey didn’t hesitate to move on and find love again.  Spotted out with Kayte on their way to jeweller Harry Winston’s on Friday, Kelsey told reporters he is “very happy” and plans to walk down the aisle once he clears up “other stuff.”

On October 11, reports say Kayte suffered a miscarriage.

On October 14, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premieres with Camille as one of the housewives.
