Kendra Wilkinson has finally decided to speak about the racy tape she made as an 18-year-old, which was released yesterday as Kendra Exposed. Wilkinson talked about how supportive her husband, Hank Baskett has been, how she feels she’s changed in the six years since she made the tape, and what she thinks of the people who were behind its release.
“It broke my heart,” Wilkinson told E! Online, ” because how can [someone] do that when I have a baby?”
I do feel for her in the sense that a person has a right to move on with her life, and leave her past behind her, no matter what her past entailed. On the other hand, she profits mightily from her Playboy mansion past. Part of the reason Kendra is charming is because of her back story. So she walks a fine line here in terms of depending on her past for her commercial success, and then bemoaning the fact that her past has come back to haunt her in this situation. Not to mention the fact that there is some evidence to believe she may not have fought its release as strenuously as she suggests.
Nevertheless, Wilksinson insists that she’s changed. “That was me, but that’s not me now,” she told E!.
And according to Wilkinson, husband Hank Baskett III has been nothing but supportive, echoing the statements a friend of hers made yesterday to Radar Online. “He’s like, ‘Kendra, we just have to hold our heads high because, yeah, we’re going to get attacked, but we can’t run.”
