Kennedy Center Honors 2010: Oprah And Paul McCartney CelebratedChris Rogers
President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle hosted this year’s Kennedy Center Honors in D.C. on Sunday night (Dec. 5).
Oprah Winfrey, Beatle Paul McCartney, dancer-choreographer Bill T. Jones, country singer Merle Haggard and Broadway composer Jerry Herman each earned the arts awards not only for their talents, but also for bringing people together, the Associated Press writes.
Many amazing gowns were worn that night as Michelle wore a beaded scarlet dress by Naeem Khan and Oprah wore a low cut white blouse cascaded by an amazing brown dress that whisked across the carpet.
