Kim Kardashian Was Surprised By Pregnancy: Had Fertility Issues

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian do Today!

Kim Kardashian admitted on the Today Show that she is a planner. She likes to know what’s coming up next, but as we all know, life likes to throw us surprises. And her pregnancy, with Kanye West’s baby, was evidently a big surprise.

The soon-to-be mom, who is due in July, didn’t think she could pregnant, at least as not this easily.

On the Today Show she said:

“Khloe has been very open about her fertility issues and I think I was always really kind of quiet about mine, and I have similar issues, and so it was a pleasant surprise when so many doctors were telling me one thing and then the opposite happens,” she said. “That’s an exciting moment, you can plan for things like that. So I think it’s just such a blessing knowing my circumstances.”

And of course the Kardashians brought up some “interesting” and unusual topics…because that’s what they do! The sisters also talked about sharing breastfeeding .

“(Kourtney) said that in the old days, and maybe we should try this … one sister should babysit all the kids … so I can go out out or vice-versa and, you know, whichever sister is babysitting should breastfeed all the kids that are there,” said Kim.

Kourtney defended herself saying, “I said, that’s what they did back in the day. I didn’t say that let’s try this.” But Kourtney said the idea didn’t “freak” her out although it did still freak Kim out.

As for a Kanye and Kim wedding, Kim said,  “It’s something that we talk about, but I think it’s just right now (we’re) focusing on the baby. What I’ve learned in life is — I was always such a planner, and … you think your life is going to be a certain way, and the best surprises just happen when you don’t plan.” Plus she still isn’t divorced from Kris Humphries!
