Kim, who is now a “mommy blogger,” wrote a new post entitled “Mommy Blog: Staying Healthy.” She wrote, “Keeping a healthy lifestyle has always been important to me and now it’s even more important because I am looking out for someone else’s well being other than just my own.” And that means she will be making some changes in her life, some big changes! She added, “I’ve been researching recipes and healthy eating tricks to make sure that I get the right nutrition now that I’m eating for two!” Yup! She sure is!
She went on to say that, “For me it’s about maintaining a well-balanced eating and fitness plan.” We’ve seen Kim working about a whole lot, and now that she will probably slow down on the travel (especially after her recent scare), and will focus keeping not just her but her baby healthy!
