Kim Zolciak Shows Off Her Baby Bump

It’s about to get real (again) for this Real Housewives of Atlanta star. Kim Zolciak went and saw women “pretending” to be pregnant in the film What to Expect When You are Expecting this week. The mom of three (soon to be four) showed off her baby bump at the screening. Kim tweeted, “we had such a fun time at the advance screening of “What to expect when you’re expecting” hosted by Centrum Specialist Prenatal vitamins!”
