Wow! Kourtney Kardashian looks amazing! The new mom (for the second time) lost all her baby weight in just six months! But it was not without it’s challenges.
Kourtney, in an Us Weekly exclusive said, “It was harder to lose weight the second time around, I gained 45 pounds with Penelope.”
The reality TV starand mom of two is down to 106-pounds. How did she do it?
She said that along with having smaller portions of food at meal time, she did 90-minute dance-focused workouts by Tracy Anderson – the celebrity trainer to the stars (Gwyneth Paltrow and Nicole Richie are fans).
But Kourtney didn’t loss focus of what was important.
“This time, the focus is really on being a mom and being present, knowing my priorities,” she said.
She looks great doesn’t she?
