Kourtney Kardashian Works Off the Post-Baby Weight (Photos)Shana Aborn
Kourtney Kardashian took a break from taking Miami to focus on getting back in shape after having baby Penelope this summer.
She was spotted on the beach with her two trainers, walking through the sand (a resistance exercise in itself) and doing squats and lunges to tone her legs and rear.
Unlike celeb moms like Beyonce and Kristin Cavallari, who pushed themselves to get super-skinny just weeks after giving birth, Kourtney is taking a much more sensible approach: regular exercise, plenty of water and, we presume, a healthy diet as well.
Forgoing the fanciness, Kourt went makeup-free and wore plain black workout gear over a yellow sports bra. But she still looked great as she smiled to the camera afterward.
