It's officially the end of Baby Bump Watch 2011: The Kim Kardashian edition
While there has been a lot of talk about baby making, baby bump speculation, and future family plans during Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries’ short-lived 72-day marriage, there is new footage on the internet that now indicates that babies were far from Kim’s mind and that it was Kris who wanted to settle down with a family, not her.
In video footage shot for Kim’s upcoming season of her reality show, Kim and Kourtney Take New York, soon-to-be ex-husband Kris questions, the couple discuss their future plans and where they want to settle together. Kim states that she doesn’t see herself living in Minnesota and raising kids in the future because her career in Los Angeles is too important to her while Kris responds saying, “Baby by the time you have kids and they’re in school, no one will probably care about you.”
Whoa. While there’s a good chance that Kris might eventually settle down and find someone to start a family with in his home state of Minnesota, we can’t really see that happening with Kim anytime soon. As much as Kim has talked about babies this past year, it will be very unlikely that this celebrity will be sporting a baby bump any time in the next few years.
"I'm going to probably have kids soon, so I want to have the perfect body before then. It'll be harder to get in shape afterward, so why not do it now."
Back in January the 30-year-old reality star posted a childhood photo of her New Jersey Nets beau Kris Humphries on her Twitter feed Sunday with the accompanying caption, "I want my son to look like this!"
"I hope so, I really hope so. Maybe by the end of the year. Well, I won't have [a baby] by the end of the year, but maybe we'll start trying by the end of the year. After the wedding." Kim Kardashian on her pregnancy plans.
A source close to Kim is quoted as saying, "Kim always thought she'd have at least one or two kids by now, so she's absolutely in a hurry...Her friends are even taking bets on whether it will be a boy or a girl."
On pregnancy rumors: "Magazines can be so tricky with their wording! The inside states that one day I want a baby! But I'm not pregnant! I can foresee lots of crazy, made up stories coming out in the near future and I certainly don't have time to shut down every rumor. But believe that if you hear it from me, it will be true. Otherwise, don't always believe what you read, dolls."
