Lady Gaga & Maria Aragon Perform "Born This Way" Live: See It Here!

In this image taken from video posted to YouTube, Maria Aragon and Lady Gaga perform 'Born This Way' at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Thursday, March 3, 2011. It’s no secret how much I love this story! Lady Gaga and Maria Aragon finally made their debut performance together of Gaga’s Born This Way at the Air Canada Centre on Thursday night.

In case you missed the story, 10-year-old Maria Aragon shot to Internet fame after a video of her performing Gaga’s Born This Way on You Tube went viral and drew more than 17 million views. Lady Gaga even tweeted about the video, and then invited Aragon to perform the song with her.

Aragon walked onto the stage on Thursday night and hugged Lady Gaga tightly, then sat on her lap at a black grand piano, taking the lead on vocals. She performed like she had sang in front of thousands of people hundreds of times before.

She took the microphone to thank her family and friends in Winnipeg, as well as the crowd. “I just want to thank all of you for your support,” said Aragon, clad in a black leather jacket, pink hoodie, sparkling black pants and a pair of high-top sneakers. “I hope you enjoyed it.”

Lady Gaga was less composed during the duet, and even choked up after the song ended. “Maria represents what this song is all about…It’s all about the next generation and the future.”

She then said “Thank you for being here to witness such a beautiful girl,” and then messed up her intro to the next song: “See? She made me all nervous, she’s such a superstar.”

Later, Lady Gaga invited Aragon back up on stage for a second performance of Born This Way.

The two sang and danced together, holding hands. It ended with Gaga and her dancers grabbing Aragon for a group hug and they all took a final bow together.

I love the performance! How did you like it?
