Lisa Rinna intended to write a book about diet and exercise, but instead, wrote about things near and dear to her heart.
She wrote about plastic surgery and her battle with postpartum depression.
She wanted the book to be light and informative, but it took a dark turn when she started being honest with herself and actually opened up about her PPD and her “suicidal thoughts.” She said, “I felt hopeless and suicidal. I had horrific visions about knives, guns and death.”
The book is called Rinnavation and it may even be interesting.
