Lose That Baby Weight! Celebrity Weight Loss Secrets

Kourtney Kardashian recently posed for Shape magazine in a white bikini!

There have been a lot of celebrities having babies lately, and a lot of them are trying to lose the weight as fast as possible. For some, it fell right off. For others, it took some work.

If you are trying to lose your pregnancy baby weight, check out the advice from these celeb moms!

Ali Larter’s Advice: “From the morning through night, I just wear my workout clothes so that if I can grab a half an hour here or there then I’m ready to go.”

She also recommends walking with your baby: “If you don’t have someone to watch the baby, just put him in a stroller and walk for a couple of hours. It just really gives you the positive endorphins.”

Kourtney Kardashian’s Advice: “Know when’s the right time for your workout and commit to doing it. For me, I have to get up at 7 a.m. every day, before everyone else, leave Mason in bed with Scott, and go for a run. Thirty minutes of cardio is right outside my door.”

Eating habits also play an important role. She started using a lot of organic produce and also says she enjoys a more healthy diet: “It wasn’t just because it’s good for me—I’ve discovered I really liked eating that way.”

Jill Scott’s Advice: “Anything that makes me feel like I’m not working out. We go outside and throw footballs, go for walks.”

And this worked for her – Jill recently lost over 50 pounds and is smaller than she’s been in more than 20 years!

Mario Lopez…okay Mario’s not losing baby weight, but he’s incredibly fit and recently authored a cookbook titled Extra Lean.

 

Mario Lopez’s Advice? Buy his cookbook. “This isn’t a diet book. Diets don’t work. This book explains why you shouldn’t be scared or guilty about having food. The only exercise I focus on in the book is when to push away from the table. If you really want to lose weight, it’s all about food.”

Nicole Sullivan’s Advice: “I’m so happy that I lost 35 pounds in 16 weeks on Jenny Craig, and that I’ve been able to keep the weight off since. Since I lost the weight, I’ve been on the Jenny Craig maintenance program and have focused on achieving a balance of being healthy, happy and fit, while exercising in moderation. I got to my goal weight by just walking in the mornings.

Penelope Cruz’s Advice: “I love ballet and it’s a little boring for me to go to the gym because I’m used to the dancing discipline — it’s really hard but much more fun.”

Diet also plays a role in her weight loss: “I love Spanish food. My diet is the Mediterranean diet, which is good food. I eat well, but I try to eat healthy.”
