The Los Angeles mansion where Michael Jackson passed away is up for sale. The French chateau-styled home is going for a whopping $28,995,000.

The King of Pop was renting the home for $100,000 a month when he died from a Propofol overdose.

Plenty of fans are eager for a chance to get a glimpse in the hallowed halls so agents are on high guard against those who just want to sneak a peek. All potential buyers must go through an “extensive pre-qualifying check” before they can even walk in the door, reports TMZ.

What’s inside? The seven bedroom homes features 13 bathrooms, 12 fireplaces, a theatre, a wine cellar and tasting room, an art studio, a gym and a spa. There is also a guest house, featuring stained glass doors, which leads to the pool and gardens.
