How is Mariah Carey losing the baby weight?
First up, she’s beyond motivated, since she’ll appear on The X Factor when it premieres on September 21. No doubt, that little goal has got her working extra hard.
A source tells Star magazine, “She works out a minimum of two hours a day, seven days a week now,” looking to lose 25 pounds by following “a spartan diet, cutting out refined sugar and white flour and most meat products.”
Apparently, the diet isn’t suiting with her too well, since the source squeals, “It’s making her crabby. But she’s leaving nothing to chance.”
I’m looking forward to seeing how all that hard work pays off when she graces TV screens on The X Factor… maybe we’ll get a little glimpse of Moroccan and Monroe finally too?! Please?
