Mariah Carey's Child & Family Services case has been closed.

Mariah Carey if officially off the hook with Child & Family Services as the organization concluded there was no merit to an original claim that Mariah was abusing alcohol and pain medication while giving birth to her twins, Moroccan and Monroe.

The organization interviewed Carey on Thursday May 26 and spent time with the babies as well. The investigation was the result of an anonymous call to DCFS.

With her lawyer present, Mariah told the social worker that she did drink a beer as suggested by her nurse to help the lactation process.

Mariah is now at home with her twins, “Roc & Roe,” “feeling so blessed” and enjoying motherhood.
