Michelle Duggar Will Name Her Lost Baby But Will It Start With a J?Sunny Chanel
This week Michelle Duggar suffered a miscarriage of what would have been her 20th child. The 44-year-old very fertile mother went to the doctor on Thursday to find out that the baby she was carrying did not have a heartbeat. The family was, of course, heartbroken.
Michelle Duggar – who is a grandmother as well – is resting at home and is being cared for by her very large family. But the grieving for the lost life hasn’t ended yet. Michelle and her husband Jim Bob will name the baby and have a funeral for them.
But will the baby’s name start with a J?The family famously names all their offspring with names that start with the letter J (Joshua, 23; twins Jana and John-David, 21; Jill, 20; Jessa, 19; Jinger, 17; Joseph, 16; Josiah, 15; Joy-Anna, 14; twins Jedidiah and Jeremiah, 12; Jason, 11; James, 10; Justin, 8; Jackson, 7; Johanna, 6; Jennifer, 4; Jordyn, 3, and Josie, 2. )
But this wasn’t the first miscarriage for Michelle. After their first son was born, she suffered a miscarriage. And they named that lost baby as well, but not with a J but a C. The baby’s name was Caleb. Michelle told People, “We named that baby Caleb even though we didn’t know if it was a boy or girl because that miscarriage was early,” she said. “We will name this child and will know that we will see those children again someday in heaven.”
So maybe this baby won’t have a J name after all?
