Actress Michelle Monaghan and her 4-year-old daughter Willow were extremely colorful during a shopping trip at Fred Segal in Los Angeles, Calif. on Tuesday (December 18).
Gregarious and shy little Willow was all smiles and giggles as she peeked out from behind her mother as they walked in the parking lot!
They definitely are quite the fashionable pair! I just wonder if anyone told them 1959 is calling!
