I really try my best to like Miranda Kerr. She’s a gorgeous Aussie girl who is a dedicated mom that is married to one of the hottest men on the planet and seems to have it all. But each time she talks about how healthy she is and how all she does is yoga and pilates all day and eats cabbage leaves for dinner all I want to do is cry and dip my hand in to a big bag of peanut butter M&Ms.
Miranda is once again reminding us all that we don’t do enough to stay healthy in our lives (according to her), and that we should be trying harder. She uses herself as an example by telling E! Online:
“I’m very health conscious, I don’t believe in depriving myself and I believe that if you’re predominantly healthy you can have a little indulgence every now and then. I love yoga, I practice yoga and Pilates and I do resistance training with bands. I enjoy it, it makes you feel good if you take of yourself and be in the best shape that’s natural for you.”
If only i had a Victoria’s Secret angel-signed paycheck regularly deposited into my bank account, I too, would work on my will power and go to yoga more often than just my once or twice a week. But I don’t.
