Monsters Inc: Details On the Much Anticipated Sequel = Monster University!

I personally, can not wait until June 21, 2013. Why? Because that is the day when the follow-up wonderful and whimsical Pixar masterpiece, Monsters Inc. will be released.
Rotund one-eyed Mike Wazowski and that big, furry blue lovable James P. Sullivan, a Sully, will be back in the follow-up entitled, “Monsters University.” Billy Crystal and John Goodman will return to lend their voices to the Monsters.
So what happens in the long anticipated Monsters Inc. follow-up?
From Disney: “Mike Wazowski and James P. Sullivan are an inseparable pair, but that wasn’t always the case. From the moment these two mismatched monsters met they couldn’t stand each other. “Monsters University” unlocks the door to how Mike and Sulley overcame their differences and became the best of friends.” And it will be in Digital Disney 3D!
By the time Monsters University is released it would have been about 12 years since the last one came out. My question, why did they make us wait so long? But one thing for sure, I bet it will be worth the wait.
Are you excited to share another Monsters Inc. movie with your kids?
Yes, it seems like Pixar likes to make us wait an awfully long time for these fantastic sequels (with the exception of Cars 2 which has a relatively quick follow-up). I miss Sulley and Mike and am looking forward to seeing my favorite guys in Monsters University! Hope to see Randall Boggs return as well.
