Mr. Popper's Penguins Giveaway: Win Your Family a $100 Movie Gift Card!

Last weekend Babble attended the Press Day for Jim Carrey’s latest movie, Mr. Popper’s Penguins. (We also got to interview Carrey!)

Let us just say: Jim Carrey + insanely adorable penguins = a film your kids will love.

Learn more about the film and find out how to enter our giveaway after the jump!

Based on the award-winning classic children’s book, Mr. Popper’s Penguins is the story of a man whose chilly relationship with his family heats up after he inherits six lovable and mischievous penguins. Carrey is both silly and incredibly heartwarming in his role as Mr. Popper. (Think Ace Ventura gone family man.) But we gotta say, those penguins steal the show. Whether they’re swimming about in the bathtub, glued to the TV, or stealing the covers in bed, your kids are sure to get a kick out of their crazy antics — and, let’s face it, you’ll fall in love with them too.

Mr. Popper’s Penguins hits theaters next Friday, June 17th — and in honor of those crazy penguins, Babble’s giving away “a day at the movies” to two lucky families! Each family will win a $100 movie gift card + a copy of the Mr. Popper’s Penguins book.

To enter, just “Like” our Strollerderby page on Facebook and tell us on our Facebook Wall: What are some of your family’s favorite movies?

We’ll choose two winners at random on 11am EST next Friday, the 17th.

UPDATE: Congratulations to Nikki Owens and Tricia Bromirski! Your families have each won the $100 movie gift card + copy of Mr. Popper’s Penguins.

Read our interview with Jim Carrey, where he talks parenting, his mischievous childhood, and what it was like to work with live penguins!
