Nadya Suleman Opens Up About Protecting Her Kids From The Internet, Private Schooling, & Becoming A Personal TrainerChris Rogers
Nadya “Octomom” Suleman is opening up once again, this time to Perez Hilton, and talking about how she wishes to protect her 14 kids from the internet, private schooling, and why she wants to become a personal trainer!
Here is an excerpt from the interview:
Perez Hilton: So now I heard that you’re not at your place because you don’t have internet a home.
Nadya: You know what, I’m at my managers house in Woodland Hills because no, I never had internet ever. I’m, that’s a living in denial. I’m kind of trying to protect my kids and protect me.
Perez Hilton: Well, I’m sure everybody wants to know what you’re up to these days.
Nadya: What I’m up to since last summer, I’ve actually been fit training my kid’s friend’s moms. So I’ve been doing also like 40 miles on my own climbing a week on the Stairmaster, and I train myself so that I’m in the process of earning my personal trainers license so I can be officially a personal trainer.
Perez Hilton: Now, I would imagine being you, it’s very difficult to date.
Nadya: That’s another thing. I’ve chosen a life for the last 12 years; it’s a choice, of celibacy. I’ve never dated. I had one boyfriend and one donor. And that’s the truth. And I’m not going to talk about the husband situation. I talk about that of that in my book.
Perez Hilton: Well, and you know there have been some reports about your house and not being able to pay —
Nadya: There’s always reports because of the past owner who I have my own opinion about. But never the less, I am doing everything to stay current, and I’m trying to take care of all my responsibilities. Again, you know I’m a taxpayer, always been a taxpayer. So I certainly never, I would feel like a failure, not only as a mother, but as a human being to ever go on any type of assistance, that’s not who I am. So it —
Perez Hilton: So you don’t have any nannies?
Nadya: No, not since the beginning of the year I have had no paid help, and its both financial and trust issues. And I have friends will help me out. It’s amazing how grateful I am for my friends.
Perez Hilton: So they’re outside of the house to go to go to the preschool?
Nadya: Yes, yes, I actually, that’s the majority — the private school for my kids is double my mortgage. I have 13 kids in private school, I’m adamant in keeping them there no matter what and so whatever mom has to do to not only put food on the table in the house and in bills, I have to pay their private Christian school and that’s imperative for them to go there.
Perez Hilton: Now, going forward do you really think that you’ll be able to pay all your bills just by training?
Nadya: I am not, I’m not a pessimist or an optimist, I’m a realist. So the answer is no.
