Natalie Cole Writes Memoir: Love Brought Me Back

Natalie Cole, the grammy award winning singer, has written a memoir, Love Brought Me Back.

The tome, with subtitle “A Journey of Loss and Gain” is scheduled to be released in November under Simon & Schuster publication.

The memoir will touch on topics such as the kidney transplant Cole underwent in 2009 after contracting a disease.

Natalie Maria Cole was born on February 6, 1950, in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of crooner Nat King Cole and former Duke Ellington Orchestra singer Maria Cole. She is an American singer, songwriter and performer. She achieved success in her early career as an R&B star, but smoothly changed her repertoire toward a more pop and jazz oriented musical style in the early 1990s. She has won nine Grammy Awards. Cole has been singing since she was 5 years old.

Is anyone looking forward to reading this memoir?
