Nicki Minaj Right Through Me Video – Too Steamy for Kids (Literally)
Nicki Minaj’s newest video for Right Through Me has a great message of female empowerment, but the video and lyrics are definitely aimed at an older audience. The video which debuted on MTV and quickly hit the Internet earlier today features Minaj in what amounts to an argument with her on-screen boyfriend and breaks out into a musical plea to actually ‘see’ her.
Should you let your kids watch Nicki Minaj’s video for Right Through Me?
The lyrics are catchy – particularly the chorus - which will cause most parents to either ban their kids from listening to it or prompt them to using their parental spelling techniques when Nicki repeatedly sings the s-word. The video leaves little to the imagination as Nicki lays in bed with her onscreen beau and steaming up the bathroom mirrors all while contemplating the status of their relationship.
This is definitely one that you should keep away from little ears!
