Over the weekend, Nicole Kidman sat down with the Australian version of 60 Minutes to talk about her second daughter, Faith, who was born December 28th last year. She shows a picture of her daughter, and a huge smile takes over her face as she shares it.
She also talks about why they chose to use a surrogate “We were in a place of desperately wanting another child…This opportunity arose for us, and I couldn’t get pregnant.” Kidman and Urban have chosen to shield the identity of the surrogate mother, and says about her: “She was the most wonderful woman to do this for us. I get emotional talking about it because I’m so grateful”.
“Children are children – you’ll die for your children,” she said. “And when you feel that as parent – that’s the unconditional love.”
