One of the biggest perks of being a celebrity has got to be having enough cash flow to charter a private jet to get from Point A to Point B. Commercial air travel definitely isn’t as glamorous as it used to be. When you look at pictures of people in airports from the 1950s and 1960s, they were dressed to the nines! Men wore suits and ties and women wore hats and gloves. Nowadays, when I board a plane, I just take a deep breath and hope that the person next to me has had a shower in the past day or two.

Celebrity moms like Angelina Jolie and Katie Holmes are always seen boarding private jets in lieu of booking a ticket on a major airline. Honestly, can you blame them? Between flight delays, crowded airports, and the paparazzi following their every move, I’d say that traveling by private jet is the way to go for sure.

While many other celebrity parents can certainly afford to travel by private jet, a lot of them still fly commercial, just like the rest of us. Granted, I’d bet money that none of them are sitting in coach, but still, they board the exact same planes that regular people do.

Nicole Kidman recently traveled all the way to Sydney, Australia with her two kids, Sunday and baby Faith. Flying from the U.S. to Australia with two small children is no easy feat. I hope Nicole had plenty of help!
