Thank goodness the judge in this case had – to put it aptly – good judgment. But that’s what they are hired for, so it makes sense that the right decision would be made. On Tuesday a judge did not give Charlie Sheen custody of his young twins, which is what he was fighting for. Sheen had wanted sole custody and was planning on taking his twins – Bob and Max – on his comedy tour with him. At first it seemed like Charlie Sheen might have had a shot…but not so much, with a record that included allegedly threatening to kill Brooke Mueller and for being, well, Charlie Sheen. With Mueller in rehab yet again, the twins needed some reliable and respectable guardians to take care of the boys. And the judge didn’t think either Charlie or Brooke were the answer. Instead the twins will be living with Mueller’s mom Moira Flore while Mueller is off seeking treatment. Charlie can continue to have visitation rights but only if he continues to pass his drug tests.
Do you think the judge made the right decision?
