On Broadway! Sarah Jessica Parker and Son Attend Matthew Broderick's Opening Night (Photos)

The happy family.

Another openin’, another show!

Matthew Broderick is starring in a new Broadway musical, Nice Work if You Can Get It – and he had two big fans in the house on opening night last night. Wife Sarah Jessica Parker and their son, James Wilkie, came to see the splashy show, which features classic numbers by George and Ira Gershwin.

SJP was her usual stylish self in a long silky gown with matching coat, while 9-year-old James looked very grown-up in his pale blue suit.

Of course, this isn’t the first time the family has shone on Broadway. Matthew is a stage veteran – he’s the youngest recipient of a Tony for his star turn in Brighton Beach Memoirs – and he appears often in both musicals and plays. Sarah Jessica began her acting career in Annie, and she appears onstage periodically. The two co-starred in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying two years before they got married.

At 2 1/2, their twins, Marion and Tabitha, are too young for a big night on Broadway, but James accompanied his parents to the afterparty at a local hotel after Matthew took his curtain calls.

Here’s to a long and successful run!

Can you believe "Ferris Bueller" just turned 50? His boyish looks have barely changed. And "Carrie Bradshaw" at 46 is stunning.
