Over the weekend Kourtney Kardashian and baby daddy Scott Disick welcomed their second child: a baby girl whom they named Penelope Scotland Disick.

Penelope Scotland joins big brother Mason as the youngest of the Kardashian clan. One of the biggest pieces of news about the baby, besides the fact that she was born healthy and weighed seven pounds, was the her name.

And of course Kourtney and Scott didn’t go with regular everyday name like Mary, Carey, or Jennifer. They went with a historic, old-school moniker that not only belongs to a few beloved actresses, but also has some pretty animated pop culture significances to it too!
