Is Scott Disick really giving Kourtney all the help she needs? Sure, we see lots of photos of the two out shopping for toys and doing cute parental things together, but according to those in the know, those Kodak moments are basically all that baby Mason’s dad is around for.
If Scott and Kourtney are really planning on raising Mason without a nanny, it might take some major lifestyle changes that Scott’s hoping to dodge.
According to an insider interview with In Touch, Scott’s maybe not making the kind of wholesale changes necessary in this type of situation:
“In public, Scott tries to act like the perfect boyfriend because he’s paranoid about what people think of him.”
“But at night, he is the same guy he’s always been. He still parties. He still flirts. He still hangs out with his guy friends. Nothing has changed for him.
“The only time Kourtney and Scott are together is when they’re filming their reality show or being photographed.”
To play the devil’s advocate, something about that quote kinda bugs me — the part about how Scott still goes out and hangs out with his guy friends, etc. It’s as if they’re saying that your social life has to come to an abrupt halt after you have kids.
I mean, it may come to an abrupt end because you have kids, but is that really a requirement? Or healthy?
