Pregnant Camila Alves Adds a Puppy to Their Growing Family! (Photos)

Camila Alves and Her Puppy

Okay, is it just me or does adding a brand new puppy into the family when you have two toddlers at home and are expecting a third child seem a wee bit crazy? But that’s just Camila Alves has done.

The model, mom of two and wife of Matthew McConaughey was spotted with her kids and their newest addition, an adorable little doggie. Yes, dogs are cute but getting a new dog when one is expecting isn’t always the best decision.

“While baby and puppy can make beautiful Christmas cards, it’s a bad idea to get a dog at the same time a baby is expected,” Dr. Stephanie LeFarge, director of counseling services at the American Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals said. “It’s harder than having twins. They are two entirely separate creatures who need attention, love, and care.”

What do you think? Is getting a puppy while pregnant okay? Also, check out these photo of Camila, her adorable kids and cute pup right here:

Apparently the family went to the mall and left with a brand new puppy. I wonder if they went there intentionally for a dog?

This is such a sweet photo. Vida looks so much like her big brother Levi don't you think?
