Hollywood mamas prefer yoga because it is relaxing, easy on the body during pregnancy, and also soothing for both mom and baby. Prenatal yoga classes cater specifically to expectant mothers, and all of the traditional yoga poses are modified a bit to ensure the safety of the unborn baby.
