Pregnant Celebs Love Yoga

Celebrity moms are well-known for exercising and keeping their bodies in shape while pregnant.  But since they are used to pretty hard-core workout routines, they need to tone the intensity down a bit while sporting their baby bumps! Their workout of choice? Yoga!

Ali Larter is the latest celebrity mom-to-be to hop on the yoga bandwagon.  She was recently seen leaving a class carrying her mat.  Doesn’t she look adorable in her maternity yoga gear?

Prenatal yoga is becoming more and more popular as the workout of choice among celeb moms.  It’s gentle on the body and is safe for both mom and baby, and it is also great for the mind and spirit.  Yoga can also be very helpful for moms who want to have a natural childbirth, because it teaches them how to breathe effectively.

Some other celeb mom yoga fans include Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Gisele Bundchen.

Even newly pregnant Melissa Rycroft, host of the new ABC show, Bachelor Pad, is planning on incorporating yoga into her prenatal workout routine.

During pregnancy a women underwent lots of changes from physical to mental as hormonal and emotional imbalance takes place in this situation. for a healthy child birth it is important to keep her(Pregnant one) happy and healthy. This can be done with yoga very nicely. As yogic practices works with a holistic approach and brings harmony in the body by creating hormonal and emotional balance. so it is always good to practice during pregnancy. but it is advisable to practice yoga under the supervision of any expert.
