Pregnant Kate Middleton Baby Bump is Getting Big! (Photos)

It seemed like just weeks ago that we could hardly notice Kate Middleton‘s baby bump, it just looked like she had a big lunch. But now, it is undeniable, Kate Middleton is definitely very much pregnant!

The Duchess of Cambridge, who is carrying the future heir to the throne, was spotted visited Naomi House Children’s Hospice to Celebrate Children’s Hospice Week. This is an issue and is near and dear to Kate Middleton’s heart. This week, in honor of Celebrate Children’s Hospice Week, Kate Middleton spoke in her first video message about helping to support the cause, and on Monday she paid a royal visit to the patients there.
