At some point in time, all newlyweds have their first fight. And sometimes, couples even find themselves arguing in the middle of their wedding due to the stress of the day. Prince William and Kate Middleton may be royalty, but even high profile couples like them get into arguments. But were Kate and William actually fighting right after the Royal Wedding?
Lip readers have taken a closer look at the video of Prince William and Kate Middleton right before they got into the carriage that would take them back to Buckingham Palace. Supposedly, William looked at Kate and said, “I don’t think you should bow quite yet. I think you should just bow your head, okay?”
Kate didn’t seem too thrilled with the order from her new husband and fired back with, “Okay. Thank you. Now are you happy?”
That comment may have given us some insight into who wears the pants in that relationship, because William immediately changed his tune so as not to offend Kate further. He said, “Yes! Yes! It was a beautiful service! It really was. It was amazing…was amazing…am so proud…you’re my wife! It’s mad! Oh my goodness it…really loudly here…these people are clapping.”
It’s a good thing that William recovered the situation as quickly as he did, otherwise it would’ve made for a pretty interesting Royal Reception!
