Project Runway's Nina Garcia Tweets the Oscars! (Photos)

Nina Garcia and Tim Gunn made it work!

Even famous fashionistas get all starry-eyed on Oscar night.

Nina Garcia, the Marie Claire fashion director, Project Runway judge and ABC Academy Award commentator, found time in between interviews to tweet some photos and spontaneous thoughts as the night went on.

Looking stunning herself in Jean Paul Gaultier Couture, Nina confessed she was “beyond excited” to be surrounded by Hollywood royalty.

Naturally, she shared her list of personal favorites among the stars’ fashions. Who topped the rankings? Michelle Williams, Tina Fey and Penelope Cruz. (Agree, agree and agree!)

Nina was just as effusive about one of her long-time Runway pals. “I LOVE TIM GUNN,” she all-capped. “I don’t have words to express how I feel right now. Felt a lot of love tonight. Thank you. #Oscars.”

Here are the personal pictures she shared with her Twitter fans. Aren’t they fun?
