Real Housewives Gretchen Rossi Served a Lawsuit, Not Dinner, at Housewives PartyMariaLianos
Gretchen Rossi was served with more than just a dinner when she got together with her Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars last Saturday night.
As soon as Gretchen arrived at the party, she was served with a lawsuit, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.
Gretchen’s ex-boyfriend, Jay Photoglou, filed the suit. A source said since Gretchen’s attorneys refused to accept service, Jay was left to serve Gretchen publicly.
Stars from Bravo’s reality series got together at the home of Peggy Tanous, the new Orange County cast member. The dinner was also taped by the network.
“Gretchen pulled up in her car and as soon as she got out she was served with the legal papers,” a source told RadarOnline.com.
“She turned away and acted as if she was going to try to avoid being served. But there were two people there to serve her and she had no choice. She finally just accepted service.”
Jay is serving Gretchen for libel, slander and five other counts. Unfortunately for viewers, Gretchen being served was not captured on video!
Gretchen also has an active lawsuit against Jay. Gretchen has denied that she was romantically involved with Jay but he has provided proof of their relationship. The two continue to battle it out with lawsuits back and forth.
“They’ve spent a fortune suing each other,” a source said. “But the money doesn’t seem to matter. They each want to stomp the other one.”
