She’s one of the Real Housewives of New Jersey. She’s got a budding singing career. And she’s got three kids. How does she keep her body in tip-top shape and juggle it all?
Well, first of all, I’m under the assumption that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star doesn’t really have all that much to juggle… but I could be wrong.
Melissa Gorga tells Life & Style how she manages it all and poses in a bikini to show off her hard work, explaining, “There is no dieting going on in the Gorga household! I can’t diet! I stay active so I can eat what I want.”
Gorga adds, “I’m not a huge meat-and-potatoes girl. I tend to go for lighter meals, because that’s what I enjoy.”
Melissa started to workout with a personal trainer three times a week, an hour each, after her third baby was born.
Turns out having three kids is a workout itself, as Gorga explains: “I’m up and down the stairs and running around the house, so I feel I get cardio that way.”
Melissa Gorga does weight workouts and “pulling exercises to help posture, lunges, squats, single-leg exercises, planks and twists from side to side,” according to her trainer.
Melissa is on her way to becoming a pop star (well, she hopes so anyway) with the release of her first single, “On Display.”
