RHONJ Teresa Giudice Faces the 'Ridiculous Rumors'

teresa giudiceTeresa Giudice has decided to give the world her final thoughts on the season and put all those nasty rumors following her to rest once and for all.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has posted her final BravoTV blog of the season full of Teresa-eque one-liners and digs at her former costar Danielle Staub.

Who’s the mystery nephew?  What did she think of the hug from Danielle?  What’s the deal with Melissa Gorga?

Keep reading and find out the scoop….

First up is the mystery nephew that has caused a flurry of theories and google searches.  The mystery nephew is in fact her nephew!  He’s the son of her brother Joe and his wife Melissa Gorga.

“I don’t have an African American nephew on mine or Joe’s side, but if I did, I’d welcome him with love like I have all my other nieces and nephews and cousins,” she writes. “I grew up in Paterson, New Jersey, I have always had lots of African American friends and still do. The story that I wouldn’t acknowledge someone, let alone a family member, because of their race is horribly untrue. I love people for their hearts, not their appearance.”

Secondly, she says she’s not at odds with her brother’s family and they have been included throughout the filming of the first two seasons of the show.   Teresa specifically addresses her brother, but omits any reference to his wife Melissa Gorga with whom it is rumored she has a turbulent relationship.

“I only have one brother—his name is also Joe—and I love him and his family,” she writes.  “His picture is in my cookbook! They have been invited and attended every family event I’ve had, the stuff that made it on air for the show and the stuff that didn’t. If you go back and watch, you can see them at my Housewarming party, Gia’s birthday party and Audriana’s Christening.”

What about that wonderfully awkward, somewhat shocking final hug from Danielle at the reunion?  Teresa’s not really buying it!

“I was totally NOT expecting Danielle to come over and give me a hug (um, Andy, I thought you said no one could get off the couch and “cross you” again?),” she writes. “I didn’t expect it at all, but I’m not going to turn her away (and no, I didn’t bathe in holy water afterwards, but those of you who told me I should—it did make me laugh).  I feel sorry for [Danielle] that she can’t move on with her life.  I hope she does.  I wish her and her girls every happiness in the world. My focus is my family, my beautiful girls, my amazing husband, and moving forward with my life. ”

That’s that.  Teresa has put her final stamp on the second season and her relationship with Danielle.   It’s time to move on and focus on what comes next (fireworks with her sister-in-law next season?).

Is this an end to the rumors that seem to follow Teresa everywhere?  Are we buying it?
