Secret to Weight Loss? Work Your Behind Off, But Have Fun According to Tamera Mowry

Losing weight after a baby is hard, I know!

Tia Mowry who we grew up loving from the popular show Sister, Sister had her first child (Cree Taylor) just over a year ago and has since said she is still struggling to lose the weight (I don’t think that’s a super long time, personally).

She and her twin sister Tamera, are now starring in another show together — about them called Tia & Tamera which airs on STLYE, address Tia’s insecurities on the episode that will air tomorrow. Tamera thinks she has the perfect idea to help jump start her sister into her weight loss plans and it involves a guy who loves sparkles!

Sounds about right to me!

On the latest episode Tamera enlists the help of celebrity trainer who is known for his high energy teaching methods and weight loss techniques. Tamera believes that he is the perfect guy to help Tia work her butt off while having fun, and it seems they did just that!

The twins stopped by the Sweatin’ With the Oldies fitness studio in L.A which is run by superstar Richard Simmons!

The two partake in one of his famous high-energy classes and get a good sweat on. Tia had a great time it seems too and feels that having the older women in the class is an advantage to her saying, “When I see a woman 80 years old doing the same workout I’m doing and she’s doing a hell of a job at it, I think ‘I can do it, too.”
