Seth Rogen is engaged to Lauren Miller

Seth Rogen is engaged to his long-time girlfriend Lauren Miller!  Seth Rogen, the Canadian funny man proposed to his girlfriend after 6 years of dating, and after Miller had given up hope that it would actually happen! Rogen is set to star in the upcoming Green Lantern, and of course we all know him from his hilarious movies like The 40-Year Old Virgin, Anchorman and Superbad. But here are a few more things you might not know about Seth Rogen.

Born in Vancouver, BC, Rogen initially started out doing stand up comedy, actually coming in 2nd place in the Vancouver Amateur Comedy Contest at the age of 16.

His first big break was landing a role in the critically acclaimed, yet publicly panned Judd Apatow show Freaks and Geeks. That show was cancelled after only one season so Rogen went on to work as a staff writer for various shows. He was even nominated (along with the rest of the writing team) for an Emmy for the final season of Da Ali G Show.

Rogen has been writing for years! He and his friend Evan Goldberg actually co-wrote Superbad at the age of 14! Initially he and Goldberg were going to star in the movie together before deciding that he was too old once the movie went to production.
Rogen took the big leap and moved to Los Angeles when he was 16 years old. Fortunately for him, his parents followed him to the US when he was in his late teens, and once he landed his second TV series his parents would split their time between Canada and the US.

Rogen met his now fiancée Lauren Miller in 2004. She’s been in a few of Rogen’s films, but she’s also produced, written and directed other films as well.

Sounds like these two are a match made in Heaven! I can only imagine how talented their children will be!  Congratulations to the happy couple!
