According to Shakira, she’s not crazy about the latest workout trends that most of the celebrity world pretty much lives by, including hot yoga, pilates, or if you will, Cross-Fit (I’m not a fan of passing out after my workout either, mind you). Instead, the celebrity mom likes to keep it old school by shooting some hoops in a friendly one-on-one basketball game.
Yes, Shakira dribbles, shoots, and scores her way to a better post-baby body, as she was spotted playing a pick-up game with a friend in Barcelona, Spain on Thursday afternoon. See, you don’t have to pay $150 on a ridiculously expensive gym membership to stay in shape. As long as you have a court nearby, basketball is a great (and free!) way to exercise.
