Steve Harvey Takes the 21 Pounds In 21 Days Challenge: How Will He Fare?
Can Steve Harvey lose 21 pounds in 21 days? I guess we’re about to find out! The father of four discussed his new diet plan (he’s on day four) with Dr. Roni Deluz this morning on “The Steve Harvey Show.” Dr. Roni is the co-author of the book “21 Pounds in 21 Days: The Martha’s Vineyard Diet Detox,” and he was on the show answering questions from listeners who called in and who posted on the Facebook page earlier this week.
The diet claims to help energy and mental clarity as well as focus – if you have kids, who couldn’t benefit from that? But of course there’s no such thing as a quick fix, so it will be interesting to see how Harvey fairs on the heavily liquid-dependent diet.
