'That 70's Show' Star Claims Year's Worst Mug Shot

Lisa Robin Kelly, best known as Topher Grace’s older evil sister on the hit series That 70′s Show, has made headlines thanks to a recent DUI arrest and an awful mugshot to go with it.
Kelly pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drunken driving in Mecklenburg, N.C., last month.
According to a court clerk, the 40-year-old Kelly entered her plea on Nov. 5. She was sentenced to one day in jail (she got credit for time served and didn’t log any additional time) and was placed on unsupervised probation for 12 months. She also had to pay $143 in court costs.
Kelly was caught on Aug. 21 when she was pulled over while driving under the influence and carrying an open container.
Kelly lasted on That 70′s Show for three years before they wrote her character off and explained that she went to beauty school. She was fired for her hard partying ways off screen. The actress returned for a few episodes in season five, but was then replaced by actress Christina Moore for the remainder of the series.
