The Bachelorette Emily Maynard Chats Possible Spin-Off Show and Her Wedding Plans

They found each other and the found love on The Bachelorette and according to Emily, she has no plans for any more spotlight.

Emily Maynard tells OK! Magazine that while she is happy she found love with Jef Holm, she has no intentions of doing a spin-off show:

“My thoughts on that are pretty clear. I have no interest in ever doing any spin-off show or anything like that. I don’t know how that got started, but it’s certainly not true,” she told reporters. “I am looking forward to the day that I get to go back to normal and not have to worry about cameras or anything like that, and Jef and I can be, you know, two people who fell in love on a show and left that behind us.”

While the pair are used to elaborate and expensive dates they went on during The Bachelorette, Emily says she would be happy with a “low-key casual” wedding. “It’s not about the wedding or the flowers… it’s more abut the person I love and family.I’m not a huge wedding type of girl,” she continues. “I’d be happy with just a backyard low-key casual wedding… everybody wears jeans, whatever. I don’t even care.”

Emily has not yet confirmed or denied whether the love-couple would be broadcasting their wedding for viewers to see, though it has been a while since a Bachelor/Bachelorette couple has made it to actual marriage.

Jef is in the works of planning his August move to Charlotte, North Carolina to be closer to Emily and her 6-year-old daughter Ricki who starts school at the end of August.
