The Best Little Mermaid Themed Wedding EVER

By Sunny Chanel |

The Ariel Wedding

Can you count how many Little Mermaid themed weddings you have been to? I sure can. The answer would be a great big zero, zilch, not a single one. But after looking at the photographs of Jamie Chandler and fiancé Christopher Chandler’s Ariel and Prince Eric-inspired nuptials, I sure wish I had.

This Disney lovin’ couple went all out. Bridesmaids dressed as Disney princesses? Check. A stuffed Flounder by their side? Check. Combing the brides hair with a fork? Check and Check! These crazy kids totally went for it. I can’t help but see this as a little girl’s wedding dreams being realized, the fantasy of a young Princess-loving girl. But what makes this awesome is that this was a wedding between two fun-loving and wonderfully wacky consenting adults.

Check out these awesome images (taken by Shari Photography in St. Louis, MO) right here.

The Little Mermaid Wedding, Yes That Happened

They had to do it right? There really wasn't any other choice, if you're going to do a Little Mermaid wedding, hair WILL be combed with forks.
