The Office's Angela Kinsey Files For Divorce. Who Will Get Custody Of Their Daughter?

Divorce is hard no matter what, but what makes things even more difficult is working with your ex day in and day out. Office’ star Angela Kinsey is divorcing her husband of 10 years, Warren Lieberstein, a writer on the hit NBC show.

The pair has been separated since last year so they have been able to work together on set since their problems began. But who knows how uncomfortable it could have been or what happened behind the scenes? The actress filed for divorce last week citing irreconcilable differences, TMZ reports.

The couple have two year old daughter, Isabel, together and have filed for joint legal and physical custody. Despite whatever reconcilable differences they have, they’re remaining civil for her sake, vowing that they will  “continue to be friends and spend time with their daughter.”

They’ll also have to keep it civil on set. Warren’s brother,  Paul, also works on ‘The Office.’
