Time's Up – Wesley Snipes Is On His Way To the Big House

Time’s up for Wesley Snipes.  The judge in his tax evasion case has finally grown tired of Snipes’ ongoing dance around the courthouse and has ordered the actor to report to prison to start serving his three-year sentence for tax evasion.

The move comes after the U.S. District Court Judge in charge of the case denied Snipes’ request for a new trial and an appeal of his prison sentence.   The actor has been free on bail for the past few years after he was convicted on charges of tax evasion in federal court.

When he reports to prison, The Blade Trilogy star will leave behind five children – son Jelani, 22, son Akhenaten Kihwa-T Snipes and daughter Iset Jua-T Snipes, 9, son Alaafia Jehu-T Snipes, 6, and son Alimayu Moa-T Snipes, 3.
