When it comes to Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise and how they are co-parenting their daughter Suri Cruise, post-divorce, I guess you can say that they are really setting up the bar for the rest of Hollywood. Sure, Katie might have blindsided Tom with her surprise divorce filing earlier last month, but it looks like all is good now as the ex-couple is still on good terms and speaking to one another.
Here’s what we’re reading from People Magazine:
Cruise, 50, and Holmes, 33, “are talking,” the source says. “They are both going to do what’s best for Suri.”
So far, that has included working out a smooth way to manage transitions for their little girl, who has spent her summer exploring New York City with her mom, who has primary custody, and taking trips to the Hamptons and Disney World with her dad.
The mag also adds that while Suri has been homeschooled up to this point because of all the traveling the couple had previously done, Tom is OK with Katie sending their daughter to a Catholic school. Kudos to Tom and Katie for setting such a good example to their daughter for being excellent co-parents and to the rest of the entertainment world. Tell us Babble readers, what do you think?
