Tom Cruise Looking Somber Hours After 'Top Gun' Director and Friend Dies (Photos)

It was a sad day for Tom as his friend and Top Gun director Tony Scott died in an apparent suicide.

Tom Cruise was seen leaving Madeos Restaurant just hours after the death of his friend was announced. He is visibly upset as he climbs into the back seat of his chauffeured car.

He seems deep in text conversation with someone as he keeps his eyes and hands on his phone typing.
