Eva Longoria: Getting help from her Housewives family

Eva Longoria is weather the Tony Parker Erin Barry scandal with a little help from her friends – and her friends happen to be the other stunning women who star with her on “Desperate Housewives,” who have been “mothering” her in the wake of the scandal.

The actress has been getting particular support from castmate Felicity Huffman, a mother of two.

“Felicity Huffman is probably the sweetest and most caring woman, and she has been someone Eva has always turned to for comfort and advice,” a friend of Longoria’s told Fox News.

She is also leaning on male friends like Mario Lopez, who recently welcomed his first child, and Terrence Howard.

It’s nice to hear this after all those rumors for years and years that the “Desperate Housewives” cast did not get along. I always get annoyed when media makes it sound like successful women on a TV show can’t be friends, and it sounds like Longoria is getting the help she needs from them in a difficult situation.
